Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and PT CITRA TRI TUNGGAL, publishing as CITDev (distributed on the Apple App Store by Guntoro Guntoro) (“we”, “us”, or “our”), for your use of the Strimo SLive mobile application (the “App”). By ticking the agreement box at sign-in or by using the App, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally able to accept these Terms.

• Keep your login details private. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Do not share, sell, or transfer your account, or use someone else's.
• Tell us at guntoro98aro@gmail.com straight away if you think your account has been misused.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not stream, post, send, or display anything that:

• Sexually exploits or endangers minors, in any form.
• Contains nudity, sexual acts, or sexually explicit material.
• Shows or promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or dangerous acts.
• Harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates anyone.
• Is hateful or discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar traits.
• Promotes illegal activity, illegal goods, or illegal services.
• Is spam, a scam, misleading, or impersonates another person or organisation.
• Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.

We may remove content that breaks these rules without notice. Accounts that break them are suspended or permanently removed, and serious cases may be reported to the authorities.

• Report — use the report option on a live stream, profile, post, video, comment, or chat to tell us about content or users that break these Terms.
• Block — block a user from their profile or from your live stream. Blocked users can no longer interact with you, and you can manage them in Settings.
• We review reports and act on them within 24 hours, including removing the content and suspending or removing the account responsible.

You keep ownership of the content you create. By streaming or posting it in the App, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting the App. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep for legal reasons or that remain in backups for a limited period.

You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the rights needed to share it.

• The App does not sell coins, gifts, or any other digital items.
• Virtual gifts and coins are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded, except as set out below.
• Streamers may withdraw the earnings shown in the App under the payout terms and limits shown there. We may hold or reverse earnings that come from fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or end your access to the App at any time if you break these Terms or if we must do so by law. You can stop using the App at any time and delete your account inside the App under Settings → Delete Account, or by following our Delete Your Account page.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or secure. Content in the App is created by users, and we are not responsible for it. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the App.

These Terms are between you and us only, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its content, and have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will tell you about material changes through the App or by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
