Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how PT CITRA TRI TUNGGAL, publishing on Google Play as CITDev and distributed on the Apple App Store through the developer account of Guntoro Guntoro (“we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Strimo SLive mobile application (the “App”). The App is a live streaming platform for broadcasters: you can go live, create short videos, chat, and receive virtual gifts from viewers.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy and to our Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2.1 Information you provide

• Account details — username/identity, password, display name, and profile photo.
• Profile details you choose to add — email address, phone number, gender, age, and country.
• Content you create — live streams, videos, reels, stories, posts, comments, chat messages, and voice messages.
• Streamer payout details — the information needed to process your earnings and withdrawals.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Camera and microphone input — used only with your permission to capture live streams, videos, stories, and voice messages.
• Photo library / media — accessed only when you choose to upload media.
• Device identifiers — a device ID and push notification token used to operate the App and send notifications.
• IP address and approximate location — your IP address and the country or region derived from it, used for security and to show content available in your region. We do not collect precise (GPS) location.
• Usage data — features you use, stream interactions (viewers, likes, gifts, coins), and session activity.
• Gift and earnings history — the virtual gifts you receive and the resulting coin balance and withdrawals.
• Technical data — app version, operating system, language, and crash logs.

2.3 Face effects

Beauty filters and face effects are applied to the camera image on your device. We do not use them to identify you, and we do not store face data or send it to our servers. Only the finished video you choose to stream or post leaves your device.

2.4 Local storage on your device

The App stores a limited amount of data on your device (such as your login token, preferences, and cached media) in encrypted local storage. This keeps you signed in and improves performance. You can clear this data by logging out or removing the App.

2.5 No tracking or advertising

We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, we do not show third-party advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its live streaming, chat, and social features.
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Record the virtual gifts you receive and the coin balance they earn you, and process withdrawals.
• Deliver and display content, including showing your live stream to viewers and showing other users' content to you.
• Send push notifications about activity, messages, and account events (you can manage these in your device settings).
• Review reports, moderate content, and enforce our Terms of Use.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• Analyze usage to improve performance and develop new features.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

4.1 Service providers

• Live streaming infrastructure — ZEGO Cloud to transmit your audio and video during broadcasts.
• Backend services & real-time data — our backend and Firebase to store account, content, and live data.
• Cloud hosting & media storage — cloud providers that host our servers and store uploaded photos and videos.
• Push notifications — Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications to your device.
• Crash & performance reporting — Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose and fix app errors.
• Camera effects — software libraries that apply beauty filters and face effects on your device (see 2.3).

4.2 Other sharing

• Other users — your username, profile photo, streams, and activity are visible to others as part of using the App.
• Legal compliance — when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: to perform our contract with you (providing the App), with your consent (e.g., notifications, certain data), for our legitimate interests (security, improvement), and to comply with legal obligations.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. We retain some data after account deletion to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Content you generate (such as streams and messages) may be retained in backups for a limited period. See Delete Your Account for details.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted local storage on the device, secure token handling, and app-integrity checks. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or update the personal information we hold about you.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing already done).
• Request a portable copy of your data.

You can delete your account at any time inside the App under Settings → Delete Account, or by following the steps on our Delete Your Account page. For any other request, contact us at guntoro98aro@gmail.com. We may verify your identity before responding.

The App is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. By downloading or using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18. The App carries user-generated live content and social interaction, which are not suitable for minors.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a user under 18 has registered or provided us data, contact us at guntoro98aro@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete that information and terminate the account.

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including by the third-party providers listed above. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

The App may link to or integrate third-party services (such as payout providers and social platforms) that have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. Review their policies before using them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
