1. Delete your account from the app

This is the fastest way, and it does not require contacting anyone.

  1. Open the Strimo SLive app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm when asked.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.

2. Or request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app — for example you have lost your device or can no longer sign in — email us at guntoro98aro@gmail.com from the address on your account, or include your username so we can identify it.

We may ask you to verify that the account is yours before we act on the request. We respond within 30 days.

3. What is deleted

Deleting your account removes:

  • Your profile — username, display name, profile photo, bio, and phone number.
  • Your content — videos, reels, stories, posts, and comments.
  • Your chat messages and message history.
  • Your follower and following relationships.
  • Your live stream history and streaming statistics.
  • Your device identifiers and push notification token, so we can no longer contact your device.

4. What is kept, and for how long

A small amount of data outlives the account, and only where the law or a legitimate dispute requires it:

  • Transaction and payout records — records of coins earned and withdrawals paid, retained for 5 years to meet Indonesian tax and accounting obligations.
  • Moderation and safety records — if your account was reported, blocked, or actioned, we keep the record for 2 years so the same issue cannot simply be restarted with a new account.
  • Backups — deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before those backups rotate out. It is not restored to the service.

Anything not listed here is deleted. Retained records are kept only for the purpose stated and are not used to build a profile of you.

5. Deleting some data without deleting your account

You do not have to delete your account to remove individual content: videos, reels, posts, and comments can each be deleted from the app while your account stays active.

For anything you cannot remove yourself, email guntoro98aro@gmail.com describing what you want deleted.
